You are welcome to submit your abstract for a free paper presentation or an e-poster presentation before Friday July 6th, 2018.
Abstracts will be classified mainly for e-poster presentation - only a few abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.

End of July, 2018 - Notification of acceptance. Results will be available on this submission website. Submitters will be informed by email once the results will be online. All abstract presenters must register for the Congress.
GUIDELINES - Getting started
It is simple to set up your personal account and submit your abstract!
First of all, click on the button below marked 'Click here for your first connexion' and follow the steps:
- Enter your email address. It will be used to log into your personal account each time you visit the website.
- Create your password. Your password should be easy for you to remember, something personal and at least 8 characters long.
- Enter your personal information. All boxes highlighted in bold are mandatory information and you will not be able to save your details unless these are completed. Click “Next”.
A summary of your account information will appear on the screen. To finalize the procedure, please be sure to click on 'Create Account', otherwise your information will not be saved.
Please keep your login and password in an easy to retrieve location! It will be requested in order to read the online acceptance letters once they have been sent to authors.
Information will be sent only to the « contact author », for the e-mail address registered on login. This is why we recommend you provide the contact details of the presenting author when creating your author account.
Before submitting your abstract, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:
→ Your abstract will have to be allocated to a specific category:
- Comfort and lenses
- Ocular surface disease
- Speciality lenses
- Vision and lenses
You will have to select the category most suited to your abstract during the submission.
→ Your abstract must be submitted in ENGLISH.
→ The abstract must respect the following framework (except for case reports):
- Materials and methods
→ Your abstract (without the title and the list of authors) must not exceed 2600 characters, spaces included.
→ Simple tables and graphs ARE NOT ALLOWED.
→ Text should not include bibliographical references.
→ Caution: The contents of your abstract will have to be for purely scientific purpose. Any commercial promotion is prohibited, even involuntary.
In order to avoid problems of incompatibility, we ask you to prepare your text with the Arial font, size 10. The text must be single space and a single paragraph starting without any indentation.
Then, you will have to copy and paste the text (without the title and the list of authors) in the indicated field.
Title and author’s names will have to be typed out in separate fields.
You will have 72 hours to modify your abstract. Past this delay, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
No changes will be possible to the abstract once the submission deadline passed.
Abstracts will be mainly considered for poster presentation, only a few abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation.
Information will be sent only to the « contact », to the e-mail address registered as login.
Results will be available at the end of July 2018. You will be able to consult them directly on the online abstract submission system with login and password used for submission.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the framework of the congress in a specific support system.
Before submitting your abstract, you will be invited to indicate if you authorize the organizing committee to publish your abstract.
During the congress, a jury composed of Committee’s members will grant an award to the best poster and the best oral presentation to the amount of 500 Euros. Selection will be done during the congress and award winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
The acceptance of an abstract does not mean free-of-charge participation. Registration, travel and accommodation will remain at the charge of abstract presenters.
